The Role

Overview

Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation.

Tasks

-Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment. -Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process. -Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment. -Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components. -Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment. -Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget.

What You Bring

-Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes. -High School Diploma or GED -Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints. -Experience with manufacturing equipment. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Good organizational skills. -Good root cause problem solving skills.
