- Manage procurement of materials, pool equipment, and fittings in line with the approved BOQ and specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for residential, commercial, or hospitality swimming pools — from planning to handover.
- Oversee site execution teams including subcontractors and site engineers; provide technical guidance and ensure timely progress.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of pool systems including filtration units, pumps, lights, piping, and automation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, track work quality, and ensure compliance with pool standards and HSE regulations.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and clients to ensure technical requirements and specifications are met.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, pool layouts, and technical submittals related to civil, plumbing, electrical, and filtration systems.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and construction milestones.

We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Swimming Pool Project Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of swimming pool construction projects. The candidate must hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and have experience managing end-to-end swimming pool projects, including technical design reviews, MEP coordination, site execution, quality control, and handover.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in swimming pool or water feature projects (construction or MEP integration)
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
