Tasks

-Assist in maintaining and updating project control systems, dashboards, and reports. -Support the design team in tracking project progress, schedules, and budgets. -Support project managers with monitoring of key milestones, deliverables, and risk registers. -Assist in identifying variances and supporting corrective action tracking. -Help prepare progress reports, charts, and key performance summaries for internal reviews. -Collect and validate data related to project performance, costs, and resource usage. -Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with project governance standards. -Coordinate with discipline leads to ensure accurate input of schedule and cost data. -Contribute to continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. -Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills. -Keen attention to detail and an interest in data-driven project delivery. -Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or junior role in a design, construction, or project delivery environment). -Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
