Project Leader

Overview

Lead retail & restaurant projects, overseeing deliverables, team and design documentation.

Tasks

-Provide construction administration services to help reply to RFIs and review submittals and manage close out of projects -Train the team to produce accurate drawing sets -Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes, and comments to the team -Manage the production of client deliverables on time and budget, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants -Conduct quality assurance to meet drawing standards, ensure the deliverables are error free -Using Revit to produce client deliverables -Leading and guiding a team of architects -Implement efficiencies and ways to improve production methods -Delegating tasks to junior staff and Architects -Review, coordinate, and revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums -Supporting and sharing knowledge with the team members -Design documentation and detailing of retail spaces -Conduct training, on-boarding, best practice touch bases and team check ins on regular basis -Communicating changes in project scope or schedule -Review and issue documents for bids & permits

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and communication skills -Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail and roll-out segment -Degree in Architecture or relevant field -Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment -Proficient in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.
