The Role

Overview

Manage project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for rail projects.

Tasks

-Undertake cost risk analysis, prepare budget allocations, prepare cost forecasts, cashflow forecasts and managing workload analysis. -Ensure project monitoring, analysis and change control is applied throughout the project using best practice techniques. -Participate in reviews of tender pricing schedules, contractor forecasts, payment claims and variation claims; and make suitable recommendations. -Analysis of data to establish the variances in initial estimates and final project costs, identify trends, risks, and mitigation.

What You Bring

-Advanced MS Excel, SAP, and Primavera P6 skills. -Experience of planning and financial control in a complex project environment. -Worked in cost plus environment and can manage forecasting accordingly. -Knowledge of Rail / Transportation / Engineering sectors highly desirable. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. -Having CPA/CA would be an added advantage.
