Intern - Project Management Office Clerk (Fall 2025 or Spring 2026)

Overview

Assist PMO with project tracking, reporting, and coordination.

Tasks

-Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and the site -Montior and report on project KPIs -Collaborate with Project Managers to develop site-wide Gantt chart for all projects -Track project planning and escalate when multiple projects require the same resources -Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables -Communicate upcoming project timelines during weekly meetings with stakeholders -Monitor and escalate projects that are not progressing as planned -Maintain project reports and assist in developing presentations

What You Bring

-Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree -Excellent communication skills -Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and problem solving -PMP certification is not required, but would be a significant plus -Ability to adapt, respond, and communicate changing project requirements -Familiarity with project management software (i.e. MS Project, Asana)
