Tasks

-Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances -Plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets) -Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry -Complete daily work orders and apartment turns -Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop -Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care

What You Bring

-Skills test required during interview -Background check & drug screening required -EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED -Appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove) -Drywall, painting, carpentry -Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks -Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation REQUIRED -Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting) -1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
