Overview

Provide hands-on tech support and maintain/upgrade IT systems for company users.

Tasks

-Respond to phone, email and personnel requests for technical support. -Planning and organizing -Perform desktop, system and network troubleshooting and installations. -Setup and assist in meetings across all departments. -Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. -Create and maintain users in third party applications. -Configure, maintain and implement desktops, laptops, mobile devices and network systems. -Provide end user support and training.

-Available for 24x7 support and respond to critical system problems on a 24x7 basis. -Stress tolerance -Strong customer service and teamwork skills. -Oral communication -Travel to regional offices and properties are required. -Experience in performing system installations, technology migrations, hardware upgrades, and repairs. -Problem solving -Interpersonal Understanding -Quick learner with the motivation to investigate and learn new technology. -Experience in supporting Audio/Visual systems and large conference centers. -Attention to Detail -Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, and mobile devices. -Written communication -Associates Degree and/or continuing education in Computer Science preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a fast paced production environment. -Experience in troubleshooting in a Microsoft Windows networking environment. -Hands-on experience resolving networking, desktop, AV systems, and mobile device configuration issues. -1 - 3 years of experience of providing computer support and system administration required.
