Overview
Manage spread load and iPACK data for Marine Corps prepositioning, ensuring equipment readiness.

Tasks
-Coordinate and deliver training to employees on IPACK via MCPIC -Provide feedback and assistance to production sections as needed. -Analyze defect trends and recommend corrective actions or process improvements as appropriate. -Submit and track changes related to spread load adjustments as identified. -Maintain and monitor database input of iPACK UDL from all production sections. -Conduct internal quality audits to verify that IPACK equipment lists and MMC products align with detailed ship plans provided by the customer. -Collect, measure, analyze, and document Marine Corps Prepositioning Information Center (MCPIC) data to ensure equipment readiness for customer delivery. -Follow all ISO-9001 policies and procedures. -Ensure all section inputs adhere to standards outlined in Marine Corps Bulletin (MCBUL) 3162 Data Standard. -collaborate with KBR management to train staff in problem-solving techniques and tools aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Proficient with Microsoft Access. -Thorough understanding of Maritime Prepositioning Force Operations. -Proficient in MCPIC 2.0 principles, procedures, and equipment, with ability to instruct others. -U.S. Citizenship with ability to maintain an SF-85 NACI and obtain a U.S. Government Common Access Card (CAC). -Completion of formal training in the application of iPACK. -Proficiency in commercial software applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and statistical tools). -Global Combat Support System (GCSS) experience. -Familiar with Six Sigma or other process improvement methods. -ISO familiarization. -Strong working knowledge of MCPIC, including IPRIME Applications and Global Network Applications. -Ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. -Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in USMC Quality Control and/or MCPP Plans and Data Management. -High School Diploma or equivalent.
