Tasks

-Collaborate closely with service, install, and operations teams for a seamless customer experience -Act as a trusted advisor—someone customers rely on for guidance and support -Keep your pipeline, activities, and follow-ups organized in HubSpot (our CRM) -Source and track public and private bid opportunities to stay ahead of future work -Own the renewal process and keep contracts current -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different systems, locations, and services -Manage a book of existing customers with a focus on expansion, retention, and referrals

What You Bring
