Tasks

-Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements -Stay current on new system releases and functionality -Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests -Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality -Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
