Tasks
-Coordinate other work groups across office locations and disciplines on an as-needed basis; -Provide direct oversight and management of junior staff for specific project assignments. Coach, train, and motivate staff assigned to Environmental projects. Participate in interviewing and hiring staff; -Perform complex analyses for specific portions of broader engineering and environmental projects; -Effectively organize, write and edit draft proposals, reports and other documents; -Manage and deliver on multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines; -Participate in the identification and pursuit of new clients, develop additional work within an existing projects and attend business development meetings with new and existing clients; -Supervise field activities and ensure correct interpretations of findings; -Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects;

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering; (Master’s degree a plus); -Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements; -Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment; -Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software. Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and technical analyses; -LEED AP or PE certification; -Hazwoper training, maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test, and annual 8-hr. Hazwoper re-certification; -Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing. -6+ years of related work experience; -Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as projects require; and -Ability to multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects and clients, develop and manage project budgets, and effectively manage and coach staff; -Interface effectively and professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, staff, project personnel, supervisors, and others; and -Proficient in environmental due diligence; -Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills; -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
