Lead WMS strategy, optimize warehouse processes and drive system integration for efficiency.

Tasks
-Collaborate with IT and operations teams to configure and enhance WMS functionality -Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate process changes -Design and implement optimized processes aligned with WMS capabilities (e.g., receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) -Analyze current warehouse workflows and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies -Support WMS upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives (e.g., RFID, robotics, conveyor systems) -Lead distribution center transformation initiatives using market leading WMS solution (e.g., Blue Yonder, EWM, etc) -Create and present status reports and executive presentations to communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis (Excel, SQL) -Good analytical, oral communication and written documentation skills -Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies -Hands on Vendor management experience -Advanced communication, negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution capabilities -5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics process engineering -General leadership and management skills -Familiarity with WMS/ERP integration -Experience on distribution center systems automation systems and also supporting applications (e.g., WES, WCS, RF, Conveyors, Label Applicators, In Line Scanners, etc) -Familiarity with middleware integration products such as Boomi -10+ years hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie) -Proven experience leading the end-to-end implementation of a Warehouse Management System -Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, APICS CPIM, or CSCP -Supply Chain domain knowledge -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Industrial engineering, or related field
