Tasks

-Maintain corporate sites with fresh, relevant, and inviting content; stay on top of industry trends for video, audio, photography, and social media -Provide feedback and analysis on social media online, content, and email marketing initiatives to Division leadership, as well as Region and Corporate Marketing; communicate all analytics and growth from social media initiatives to leadership -Write and review web-based marketing content to ensure grammar and information is accurate -Collaborate with Online Sales team to train new sales agents on CRM -Provide feedback on current systems and processes; make process improvement recommendations as needed -Coordinate and execute all video production to include participating in pre-production strategy and planning meetings; develop, implement, and ensure brand consistency through video production process -Implement social media best practices and integrate them into the marketing strategy -Determine target audience, create and launch campaigns to create buzz or generate leads through target audience -Participate in corporate marketing initiatives as needed -Utilize Google Analytics to monitor, maintain, and report on overall domain as well as individual market reports -Strategize, plan, maintain, and manage content of all social media initiatives including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other division pilot programs; ensure all content is approved, accurate, and up-to-date -Train new sales agents on social media including approved practices and marketing changes

What You Bring

-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook -Tech Savvy: Ability to adapt to new technologies; use technology to increase productivity; comfortable using social media for marketing campaigns; ability to think creatively and use technology to bring ideas to life -Ability to travel overnight as needed -2 years of digital marketing experience and/or training, including developing and analyzing public facing websites/webpages -Demonstrated knowledge of SEO/SEM, Web Analytics, and Social Media platforms -Demonstrated experience in new home sales marketing is highly desired -Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully with all customers and colleagues. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to listen intently to others. Demonstrate patience with customers and always follow-up. -Time management: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, remain organized, and focused on work in a fast-paced environment -4 years of digital marketing experience including social media experience in a corporate setting -Customer Service: Passion for delivering exemplary service. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. You should also be collaborative and exhibit a positive attitude toward your work and colleagues; be a good team player. -Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or other closely related field of study -Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign) Photoshop, photography, and video editing software -Demonstrated knowledge of MLS and realtor sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com
