Tasks

-Coordinate Regional Council activities in support of initiatives across the region. -Partner with our regional HR Client Services team to lead regional Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) initiatives. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders on specialised initiatives related to First Nations initiatives (e.g. Reconciliation Action Plan). -Provide IDE subject matter expertise in response to requests for content for marketing pursuits and proposals. -Manage relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders. -Provide guidance and support to ERG leads. -Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver assessments, reporting, and social procurement activities. -Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to align campaigns and activities with broader organisational goals and ensure strategic value. -Work alongside the global Engagement and Culture team on company-wide culture initiatives such as Observances. -In collaboration with the regional HR team, prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences, including regional councils and leadership teams. -Equip the HR Client Services team with relevant advice and subject matter expertise in response to employee requests and other scenarios that require this input.

What You Bring

-5 years of related work experience in IDE, HR, or employee engagement -An ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment, as well as possess critical thinking in ambiguous situations. -Previous experience with regional IDE initiatives, including Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) Australia and First Nations-focused initiatives. -Previous experience with First Nations initiatives an asset -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Solid understanding of APAC cultural and legislative contexts related to IDE. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with SharePoint, HR systems, and/or AI tools such as CoPilot an asset. -Recognised for your learning mindset, initiative, ability to understand the business and navigate challenges, and deliver new and innovative approaches. -Exceptional communication and facilitation skills -Proven influencer and collaborator, with the ability to provide guidance and support across diverse teams and leadership levels. -Experience in an IDE or Accessibility focused role. -Adaptability to rapidly changing demands. -Experience working effectively with a variety of stakeholders and creating strong working relationships. -Professional Memberships -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a global, hybrid environment across geographies and time zones -Overall understanding of HR policies and programs and core HR competencies.
