  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Zutari to integrate transport planning with broader infrastructure and urban development projects.
  • Liaise with government authorities, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project approvals and delivery.
  • Apply advanced traffic and transport planning tools such as PTV VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO, SYNCHRO, and SIDRA.
  • Manage project tasks including data collection, traffic modelling, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior transport planners and engineers.
  • Lead and deliver Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in compliance with Dubai authority requirements.

  • Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills.
  • PTV Software Suite: VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO
  • Proficiency in transport and traffic engineering software, including:
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with TIS submissions to Dubai authorities.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Transport Planning, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgement.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience, with proven expertise in Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in Dubai.
