Collaborates with Operations and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop an optimized pricing strategy by identifying key levers that drive competitiveness
Assists Proposal Team with pricing narratives, price volume preparation, and other price-related proposal submission requirements
Reviews PWS/SOW from clients, verify accuracy, and develop questions as needed to start solution development.
Prepares & Analyzes Benchmarking Data to assist with the Labor / Material build up for Preventative Maintenance.
Works with Operations and Technical subject matter experts (SME) to prepare basis of estimates (BOE) and pricing solutions in accordance with solicitation requirements.
Partners with Procurement to assist in the creation and solicitation of RFQ packages to Third-Party Subcontractors, tracks progress, and determines the best organization for bid inclusion.
Independently builds out Excel price models based on client submission requirements and internal corporate estimation methodology.

In lieu of a degree, 5 to 10 years of experience providing facilities maintenance and repair pricing and cost estimating services.
Proven experience pricing complex Federal proposals and u nderstanding of Federal acquisition regulations
Knowledge of Shipley Process is preferred
Estimating experience and background in facilities operations and maintenance or mechanical/electrical service industry is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential
Must be able to work a minimum of on-site three (3) days per week in our Alexandria, VA, headquarters.
Must have advanced knowledge and skills with Excel
Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business desired, with 4+ years of experience leading price proposals.
Must have; excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Experience working with subcontractors and negotiating rate packages
