Tasks

The Sales Operations Specialist is a strategic partner to the Sales team, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive performance. This role focuses on developing KPIs, optimizing sales processes, and aligning cross-functional initiatives to support growth. The Specialist plays a key role in forecasting, training, and strategic planning, ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively. -Lead efforts in forecasting, territory planning, and goal setting to ensure accurate projections and resource allocation. -Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement process improvements. -Create, manage, report, and adjust KPIs to optimize team performance. -Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. -Work closely with Sales Managers, the Marketing Manager, and other departments to align initiatives and drive results. -Support new initiatives and contribute to building and improving the Sales Operations function. -Review expense reports and ensure alignment with CRM schedules and activities. -Oversee onboarding and advanced training for new sales reps. -Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, missed opportunities, and actionable insights.

What You Bring

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with KPI development and cross-departmental collaboration is a strong asset. -Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. -Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools; tech-savvy with a strong grasp of automation and AI platforms. -3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
