The Role

Overview

Oversee e-Reman electronics manufacturing, staff, production, quality, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

-Identify and execute all corrective actions -Schedule daily production builds to ensure 95%-line fill rate for AM business -Manage MDS and health and safety requirements -Ensure equipment uptime and on-time deployment / launch of e-reman products -Maintain OSHA standards and document all issues/corrective actions -Development and deployment of continuous improvement activities within the e-reman manufacturing business -Daily Remanufacturing management including staffing, daily production metrics and costs

What You Bring

-Experience on OEM Electronics Remanufacturing programs that include supervisory management -Mechanical Hands-On Aptitude Experience -Minimum Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution -Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future -Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in the field of Manufacturing / Engineering Technology -Employee training on key e-reman processes to ensure compliance -Minimum 3 years experience managing hourly associates in a manufacturing environment -No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Indianapolis, IN to be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. -Bilingual – Spanish -Experience with Oracle/ ERP software
