Tasks

-Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review -Ensure adherence to local and international quality standards relevant to the Saudi Arabian market -Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging quality control methodologies -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures -Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production process -Train and mentor team members on quality assurance principles and best practices -Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

What You Bring

-Ability to coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and PMCA to ensure alignment with project quality objectives. -In-depth understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing protocols, and non-conformance management. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. -Minimum 3 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure or logistics zone projects, with complex multidisciplinary scopes. -Valid certifications in quality assurance/control (e.g., ISO, ASQ, PMP-QA). -Strong leadership and team management capabilities. -Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in engineering and construction quality management. -At least 5 years of experience within the GCC region, with proven knowledge of local construction standards and regulatory frameworks. -Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Arabic (preferred). -Minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity, leading QA/QC teams and overseeing quality assurance and control processes. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline). A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) is preferred. -Familiarity with Program-level quality strategies, templates, and reporting requirements. -High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. -Experience in site supervision, construction audits, and quality control of materials, workmanship, and documentation. -Proficiency in developing and implementing quality management plans, including monthly quality reports, NCR issuance, lab test reviews, and contractor compliance audits.
