SAP Solution Lead

Overview

Lead design and support of SAP ECC/S/4HANA MM/Finance solutions for procurement.

Tasks

-Create and maintain technical documentation and solution roadmaps. -Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs. -Lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems (Primarily MM, knowledge of FI & CO). -Define and implement integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware). -Mentor junior team members and contribute to SAP capability development. -Oversee data conversion, mapping, and validation processes. -Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. -Lead testing phases (integration, UAT) and support end-user training. -Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field. -9-10 years of SAP experience, including FI/MM/CO modules and S/4HANA. -SAP certification in relevant modules or architecture. -Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid SAP deployments. -Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Experience with data mapping, conversion, and performance optimization. -A knowledge of EWM and PP modules -Strong understanding of SAP integration tools (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO). -Experience on 2 or more SAP Implementation Projects
