Tasks

-Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team -Enforces occupancy policies and procedures -Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations -Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. -Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff -Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines -Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team members -Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit -Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises

What You Bring

-Strong Microsoft Excel skills -Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management -You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle. -Excellent time management skills -This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light. -Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills -High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed -Exceptional customer service skills -Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
