Tasks

-Prepare Telecoms systems block diagram sketches. -Responsible for the delivery of the TSI/Telecoms Package. -Support the Telecoms Lead Engineer in all other Telecoms activities. -Review telecoms systems studies such as PAGA coverage study, radio coverage study, VSAT link calculation, fiber optic link budget, etc. -Perform telecoms power consumption, heat dissipation, and weight estimation. -Liaise with clients to resolve engineering comments and provide solutions. -Coordinate with other disciplines and contractors on systems interfaces. -Develop Telecoms Systems Specifications, TSI Scope of Work, and Bill of Materials. -Prepare requisition and perform technical bid evaluation of Telecoms Systems.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications). -Team player who can interact effectively with colleagues from other disciplines, clients, and suppliers. -Knowledge of Telecoms studies and calculations. -Proficient in writing Telecoms specifications. -Minimum of 12 years of experience in Telecoms Detailed Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably on offshore projects. -Knowledge of international regulations, codes, and standards affecting Telecoms Systems.
