Tasks

-Provide analytical and operational support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) programs. -Coordinate NEN service orders, troubleshooting, and seat refresh operations. -Monitor NEN network performance and escalate complex issues as required. -Assist in the development of NEN improvement and modernization initiatives. -Interface with Functional Area Managers and technical teams to ensure service continuity. -Maintain accurate documentation of NEN assets, incidents, and configuration changes.
