Description

  • Lead sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing.

  • Represent the company in legal, regulatory, and industry forums as required.
  • Identify emerging market trends, technologies, and customer needs to inform long-term business strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational agility and customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead efforts to expand into new markets and customer segments, both domestically and internationally.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through strategic account management and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong corporate governance practices and ethical standards across the business.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Champion innovation and lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and solutions.
  • Directly supervises functional leaders of KUP including Hardware and Service Sales, Operations, Marketing, Human resources, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.
