Tasks

-Provide sales support for key pursuits and business development activities. -Support all major client presentations. -Assist with client report writing and presentations. -Support all business development efforts to the Executive’s, Specialty Practice Leaders and Market Leaders. -Support the local real estate brokers in pursuit of new business. -Drive business development efforts across the different lines within Newmark. -Research opportunities to increase our client list including analyzing ways to become appraisers of record. -Provide support for general projects and client account management. -Prepare budgets, schedules, and revenue projections. -Work with in-house proprietary technology and analytical toolkits. -Manage a team of project managers.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with technology and client service tools; PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture -Strong written and verbal communication skills required -Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business, corporate/management, or commercial construction
