Tasks

Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions – Understand client operations, challenges, and goals to provide tailored, high-value solutions that improve efficiency and profitability. Lead Territory Growth – Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand accounts, and maximize revenue opportunities. Drive Consultative Sales – Engage decision-makers across multiple levels, from procurement to executive leadership, building trust and long-term partnerships. Own the Sales Process – Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, negotiate contracts, and close high-impact deals. Champion the Brand – Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, representing our client’s 70+ year legacy of quality, service, and innovation.

What You Bring

Hunter Mentality – Skilled in cold calling, networking, and closing new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Proven Sales Track Record – Minimum 3 years of success in outside sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution. Consultative Approach – Exceptional ability to identify needs, craft solutions, and deliver results through strategic selling.
