Tasks

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing client relationships by promoting Tradesmen International’s skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling. -Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees. -Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership. -Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. -Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. -Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure timely payment. -Maintain regular jobsite visits and phone check-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and client alignment. -Track active and available Field Employees and work closely with operations to ensure strong deployment. -Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM. -Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning. -Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to educate contractors on Tradesmen’s value proposition. -Support the onboarding and jobsite introduction of Field Employees. -Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency. -Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders—from office personnel to jobsite supervisors.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals -Proven ability to build lasting customer and team relationships -Experience in B2B outside sales, especially with cold calling and territory management -Consistent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment -Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
