Sample Express Specialist

Manage tile sample inventory, process orders, ship samples, and assist with sample boards

Tasks

-Advises supervisor when sample supplies are low. -Receives and puts away tile samples. -Keeps sample area clean and well organized. -Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management. -May assist Sample Express Specialist to create tile sample boards and shipping samples. -Assists in setting up a sample work area, which includes building racking, shelves, and creating labels. -Picks and prepares tile samples for shipment to customers, sales reps, and SSCs. -Maintains a sample inventory and ships samples to customers thereby maximizing sales representatives time with customers. -Processes daily orders for samples.

What You Bring

-Certified Forklift Operator. -No general warehouse experience is required. -Basic math and computer skills. -Detail-oriented, fluency in English, and safety-conscious. -High school diploma or equivalent experience; -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Ability to work independently and solve problems.
