Tasks

-Must be able to lead team of facilities technicians to ensure all critical equipment are maintained properly while being in constant communication with vendors, contractors, procurement, logistics and Facilities Operations Team. -Must be able to plan and execute trades to ensure they work in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE, site safety plans and safe work practices at all times. -Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. -Must be engaged with customers, engineers, project managers and tradesmen at all times to ensure all critical work is performed without interruption of service to all equipment. -Duties include; inspects field work performed; plans and estimates maintenance and repair work; maintains records of work order requests and completion. -Attend Fluor and customer based meetings daily to ensure continuity throughout all vested parties.

-Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job -Required to learn and demonstrate proficiency in Workflow, SCADA and EMCS systems -Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements -Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position. -Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph -Facilities Electrical Lead typically requires 3-5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. High School diploma or GED -Proficient in Word and Excel spreadsheet -Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner. -Must be able to lead a team of facilities technicians while making critical decisions on a daily basis. -U.S. Citizen -Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors -Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines -Able to prioritize and schedule Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tasks within Flour’s multishift Electrical department.
