Sr. Title Closing Processor - Onsite

Tasks

-Monitor the upcoming transaction, reviewing for completeness and compliance and ensuring all necessary information has been ordered and is accurate, i.e. payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage documentation, and other pertinent information and review for completeness and compliance. -Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing. -Ensure that professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of the real estate and mortgage transactions. This includes proper accounting of escrow funds, reviewing lender packages, recording packages, and correction of all if necessary. -Prepare and submit deposits and disbursement documentation and/or commission package to appropriate entities. -Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.

-Effective oral and written communication skills. -Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. -Effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, with a customer service focus. -Strong computer skills. -Willingness to travel -Position may require a title license. -High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge. -Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess a strong aptitude for figures. -Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience. -Ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month. -Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures and work as a member in a team-environment.
