-Preparing accurate cost estimates for Building Management Systems—from control panels to field devices and integration -Supporting bid teams with risk, value engineering, and margin input -Reviewing specifications, drawings, and documents to define BMS scope and compliance -Leading or supporting tender efforts across a wide portfolio of complex projects -Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes and contributing to commercial decisions -Handing over clear, concise estimating documentation to the delivery team -Collaborating with internal teams across engineering, planning, procurement, and design

What You Bring

-Experience in healthcare, science, or secure government environments -Strong technical understanding of BMS infrastructure, control philosophies, and system architecture -Ability to work to tight deadlines, independently and as part of a team -Background in design, commissioning, or engineering -BPSS or SC clearance eligible -Experience estimating BMS systems within the construction or building services sector -Good written and verbal communication skills -Experience with BMS controls (e.g. Schneider, Siemens, Tridium, etc.) -Knowledge of procurement, cost planning and estimating tools -Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. BS EN 15232, CIBSE Guide H)
