What You Bring

Randall Offsite Construction (Pods) is currently seeking a qualified Caulker / Framer / Finisher to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility. This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear. Our selection will be driven by the skills / qualifications above as well as the ability to develop relationships with clients and co-workers to maximize your professional opportunities. Randall Off-Site Construction is looking to fill an experienced caulker position within our PODs Division. Must pay attention to detail while caulking to industry standards. Must also have framing and drywall experience. This role ensures safe and effective caulking practices to high standards, steel framing experience, hanging and finishing drywall. Can support fellow employees through development and communication. Experience Required -Painting experience -Finished Drywall Experience -Steel Framing Experience -5+ years of experience finishing high-end interiors. -Strong attention to detail -Can Finish Caulk to Industry Standards
