Maintain and enhance gardens/outdoor spaces in Joondalup using equipment and horticultural tasks.

Tasks

-Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering -Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas -Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds -Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment -Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills and willingness to provide input and impart your knowledge to others -Use of a variety of equipment such as push mower, whipper snipper, hedger, pole pruner, small plant machinery and basic hand tools -Physically fit and able safely lift heavy objects when required and stand/kneel/squat/bend for extended periods -Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded, but is not essential -An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work and exceeding client expectations -Valid driver's licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain) -2+ years' recent hands-on experience in a similar role
