Tasks
-Design and implement training programs that support employee growth and organizational capability. -Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. -May lead or Champion Talent initiatives across the BU -Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company values and legal compliance. -Serve as a strategic HR business partner to functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. -Serve as Talent Coach to designated leader fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. -Change Leadership – Effectively leads and manages organizational change with resilience and adaptability. -Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. -Coaching –Coaches others through guidance, feedback, and support. -Champions talent development by supporting initiatives aligned with the Organization Talent Cycle (OTC), including performance management, succession planning, and identifying future talent needs -Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.

What You Bring
-Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. -8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role. -Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. -Relationship Building – Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. -Strategic Thinking – Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and anticipate future needs. -Judgment & Decision-Making – Demonstrates sound judgment and builds trust and credibility -Strong understanding of employment law, talent development, and the employee experience life cycle. -Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. -BS/BA or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. -Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. -Integrity & Confidentiality – Acts with professionalism, discretion, and ethical
