Tasks

-Lead structural analysis and design for building projects using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber materials. -Contribute to internal process improvements and support business development initiatives as needed. -Review work performed by junior engineers and provide technical mentorship and quality oversight. -Perform advanced modeling and analysis using software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, or SAP2000. -Conduct field observations, site inspections, and prepare detailed engineering reports. -Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination tasks to ensure successful delivery. -Oversee preparation of design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, etc.).

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering with a structural concentration. -Thorough understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -5–8 years of professional experience in structural building design. -Professional Engineer (PE) license required or the ability to obtain within six months. -Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD for structural documentation. -Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or equivalent).
