What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency with mobile apps, cloud-based documents, and basic spreadsheets. -Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred; Remi will support qualified candidates in obtaining the CSL if not already held. -Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction; roofing experience strongly preferred. -Working knowledge of Massachusetts residential roofing codes and inspection procedures. -Must live in the state of Massachusetts. -Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel statewide (mileage reimbursed). -Demonstrated ability to supervise labor crews and manage multiple projects concurrently.
