The Role
Overview
Coordinate cladding remediation & building safety projects, managing docs, finances, and stakeholders.

Tasks
-Maintain accurate financial records, monitor invoices, and reconcile monthly budgets and drawdowns. -Support Project Lead in delivering section 20 works and tender packages. -Prepare, track, and update project documentation including funding applications, risk registers, and programme trackers. -Collate and verify compliance documentation (O&M manuals, testing certificates, building control documents). -Maintain digital project folders and contribute to the Golden Thread of Information. -Manage and update trackers in relation to major works projects. -Assist in monitoring project timelines and identifying risks, delays, or dependencies. -Support the Project Lead with day-to-day management of cladding remediation and building safety projects. -Manage stakeholder correspondence, including updates to leaseholders, clients, and contractors. -Support procurement and contract administration for consultants and contractors. -Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and chase outstanding actions across consultants and contractors.

What You Bring
-Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Previous experience in property, construction, or building safety environments (desirable). -Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools -Experience in project coordination, administration, or compliance (essential). -Financial awareness and confidence working with invoices, spreadsheets, and reconciliations. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
