Tasks

-Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems -Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards -Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality -Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems -Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team -Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues -Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects -Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners -Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing

What You Bring

-Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing -5-10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects -Ability to travel to project sites as needed -OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols -Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems -Excellent leadership and communication skills -Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
