Tasks

-Act as a point of contact for new starters, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. -Maintain accurate records of compliance checks and ensure all documentation is up to date. -Maintain recruitment and compliance trackers. -Verify candidate documentation, including right to work, accreditations, and other required certifications. -Coordinate onboarding activities, such as IT equipment requests, vehicle requests, and induction scheduling. -Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines. -Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
