Tasks

-Maintain tool inspection reports -Manage project schedules -Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water -Prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements -Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals -Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department

What You Bring

-Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift -Minimum of a high school education or equivalent -Ability to read blueprints and schematics -Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software -Familiarity with flowline manufacturing -Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities -Trade School completion preferred -Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision -Ability to work both independently and as a team -Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods -Strong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teams -Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels -Ability to lift 50 lbs
