What You Bring

-The ability to work from written or verbal orders. -Work from written or verbal orders. -Reading/Writing Comprehension. -Continuous lifting of 5-25 lbs; Frequent lifting of 25-60 lbs; Occasional lifting of 60+ lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, and/or lift repetitively during shift. -The ability to read and write in English. -Basic Math. -Must be able to operate a variety of machinery including, but not limited to, shot blast equipment, planispheres, flue expanding tools, and flue insert equipment to assemble or fabricate tanks. -High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED, Secondary School Diploma, etc.). -Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens -Attention to Detail. -Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
