Tasks
-Support the development of technical specifications, and project approaches, and develop project cost estimates and project schedules. -Provide technical expertise for digitizing business capabilities. -Complies with all policies and standard -Develop innovation initiatives through research, vetting, and qualifying technology in support of new enterprise system technology. -Leverage domain knowledge when working with cross-divisional teams. -Execute projects from initiation to completion through requirements gathering, application and business process inputs, and deliverable preparation. -Support the development of enterprise system needs, requirements, and implementation of improved business processes. -Perform implementation of enterprise systems solutions while supporting and collaborating with both internal and external project teams. -Perform quality assurance and quality control of deliverables to adhere to client and project requirements. -Responsible for the development and design of technical implementation. -Maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors to develop business.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated critical thinking skills. -Ability to independently solve problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience required -Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. -Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments. -Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are met. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT). -Demonstrate industry knowledge and its relevance to the application of enterprise systems. -Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment. -Demonstrated enterprise system implementation skills. -Ability to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needs, while also having the ability to identify and analyze details that are critical to project outcomes.
