Laborer (PA)

Overview

Assist utility crews with trenching, demolition, loading, and site cleanup.

Tasks

-Loads and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials. -Assist crew members in trenching, digging, pulling and removing material. -Operate power equipment for demolition, concrete removal, grading, truck/dumpster loading, site clean-up and other general tasks using company and/or rental equipment. -Broom/Shovel work assisting crew in underground utility construction. -Participate in daily job briefing and safety meetings. -Monitor and maintain condition of company equipment.

Requirements

What You Bring

-A valid drivers license is required. -Must be able to wear all required personal safety equipment. -Must be available for overtime weekday and/or weekend. -Labor experience in utilities, preferred but not required. -Must be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds. -Pre-Employment Drug Testing.
