Tasks

-Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. -Manage and optimize in-house and cloud-based networks in Azure and Alibaba Cloud. -Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks. -Monitor network performance and ensure optimal speed and functionality. -Design, deploy, and manage functional networks (LAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Firewalls). -Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, providing timely resolutions. -Develop and implement network security protocols to protect data, software, and hardware. -Configure, install and manage various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). -Plan for and respond to service outages and other network problems.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with access control models and network security. -Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. -Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds network tools). -BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. -Professional certification (e.g., CCNP) is preferred. -Solid understanding of network operating systems (e.g. Cisco IOS). -Knowledge of VMware and Operating System (Windows Server 2019, 2022, etc) is a plus -Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus. -In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF). -5+ years’ relevant experience working in a technical support capacity. -Ability to be in office 4 days a week. -Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
