-Collaborate with clients and D&B contractors to develop and deliver integrated design strategies. -Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management across all design outputs. -Manage design progression across all phases, from feasibility to construction and commissioning. -Lead technical direction and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams.

What You Bring

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join a global consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2 days a week) from either our client’s Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield or Leeds office. You will be working on a range of major clean water and wastewater engineering projects. -Skilled in guiding design development, identifying preferred solutions, and managing stakeholders effectively. -Strong leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships. -Proven experience in clean water, wastewater, sludge treatment, CSOs, stormwater management, and water networks. -Confident delivering projects from outline to detailed design, supporting construction and commissioning phases. -Chartered engineer with post-chartership qualification (or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process/Water Engineering.
