Tasks

-Document daily activities, including corrective actions, improvement recommendations, and general observations -Evaluate and correct positional setup issues to maintain operational integrity -Collaborate with Engineering to develop and implement process improvements aligned with factory goals -Troubleshoot complex Fiberizing position issues to boost efficiency and minimize waste -Work with Alloy Engineers on alloy redesign and optimization initiatives -Partner with Hot Operations Supervisors to identify and close workforce skill gaps -Conduct detailed bushing diagnostics, ensuring optimal heat pattern control and fin alignment -Serve as acting Hot Operations Supervisor during absences, ensuring continuity of leadership -Coach and mentor Forming operators on workmanship standards to improve quality and throughput
