Manage civil engineering projects for family subdivisions, overseeing design and client liaison.

Tasks

-Responsible for managing projects in the development of plans and specifications for single-family home/subdivision development that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other miscellaneous items. -Manage the work of Engineers and CAD Designers ensuring the accuracy and quality of the work produced. -Interface with clients as needed. -Responsible for project management reporting.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. -7 years of experience in civil engineering for single family home development/subdivisions that includes paving, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, etc. -Registered P.E. in GA -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software. -2 years of experience as a Project Manager with the ability to provide technical guidance to Engineers and CAD Designers. -Any MUD District experience is a plus. -Experience working with cities/municipalities or counties is preferred.
