Overview

Provide admin support for ABB Robotics, manage service delivery, create resources, and liaise with managers.

Tasks

-You will be closely working with LBL managers -Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. -Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. -Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. -Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements.

-Any degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. -Ability to demonstrate your experience in executive assistant experience. -Able to engage, collaborate and open for conversations with managers -You are at ease communicating in English
