Tasks

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, managing project finances, and ensuring that all expenses are within the forecasted budget. Additional duties include monitoring and managing contract changes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with other team members to document project progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

-Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget Management -Expertise in Contract Administration, Monitoring, and Risk Assessment -Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills -Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills -Relevant professional certifications are a plus -Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project -Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
